As a Director, Quality, you will oversee, mentor and develop a highly skilled global team responsible for maintaining the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of key Factiva content and capabilities. You will collaborate with a talented team of colleagues in product, technology and customer service. You will report to the Vice President, Factiva Content.
Oversee a global team of talented data and quality analysts.
Recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate candidate if needed
Provide clear and timely feedback to team members on their performance.
Inspire and develop your team to maximize their potential and ensure the best content and capabilities possible.
Ensure the delivery across Objective and Key Results to meet commitments to internal and external clients.
Lead innovation to bring constant improvements to our workflows and data offering in an extremely dynamic environment
Work with internal partners to ensure the continued evolution of our workflows and tools through automation.
Provide thought leadership internally and externally on company data and data quality.
Handle multiple high priority tasks, spot challenges early on and be solution oriented, making the right decisions using an analytical approach.
A deep knowledge of Factiva content (especially companies and executives data), its functionalities and its importance to Dow Jones customers.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing relevant B2B-related content, including a global research team.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
At least three years' experience leading and mentoring a sizeable research team (preferably located in multiple time zones)
Experience explaining products, data or processes to clients and handling complex customer queries.
Experience overseeing data quality assurance processes.
An openness to different views and options and appreciation of team diversity.
