As part of our investment plan, we are looking for an information professional to work within the Risk & Compliance Partner team. The Dow Jones Risk & Compliance Content Integration Specialists work directly with customers and partners using the Risk & Compliance product suite. This includes supporting technical and users who have integrated the Dow Jones Risk and Compliance product(s) into their workflow. You must develop excellent relationships with Risk and Compliance Customers, Integration Partners, and company partners.
You will report to the Content Integration Manager.
You Will:
Provide first-line support to partners who deliver Dow Jones Risk and Compliance content.
Work with Sales to ensure Dow Jones delivers the best integration solutions for Risk and Compliance.
Manage daily communications and develop long-term plans with integration partners.
Provide consultation around the region on the best way to structure deals, opportunities, and partnerships.
Contribute expertise around the strategic direction of the Risk & Compliance business on subjects such as brand, positioning, value proposition, and product roadmap.
Provide strategic direction for the Americas Risk & Compliance business
Guide the successful integration of our content into partners and customer platforms.
Communicate globally for the local partner and customer needs.
You Have:
Work in a global team environment.
Understand Internet and Intranet applications, the latest web technologies, and industry trends.
4+ years of knowledge of data feeds and APIs.
Support customers' and partners' issues while providing high levels of customer service.
Use influencing strategies to gain agreement or commitment to proposed solutions.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Interest in new technical systems.
Meet deadlines.
Follow a large set of procedural guidelines to a very high accuracy level and adjust to changes.
An outlook on change to team-based work environment and structure.
