This role is part of the WSJ Professional Membership team, which is responsible for recruiting and retaining members of the world’s foremost influential business memberships. The Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council membership provides networking, events and specialized content designed exclusively for the most influential global CEOs. The Network Manager supports the membership by assisting the Network Director in understanding members and prospects, as well as helping to create sets of content that members receive. This is a position that requires the highest levels of integrity to earn the trust of our members, as well as precision and diligence.
Capture content generated in part from the variety of interactions between members and the Network Director, and partly by sourcing from other external and/or Dow Jones sources, under the guidance and instructions of the Network Director.
Collate responses from members to convert into member-only written content
Capture feedback and requests from members to help the Network Director and Commercial VP evolve the membership
Develop relationships with the members and their offices to follow-up on any actions coming out of meetings with the Network Director so the member gets full value from the membership
Provide briefings on members and prospects to Network Director before the calls
Send agendas and coordinate any pre-read or presentation materials
5+ years in a corporate environment dealing with senior stakeholders
Customer service or client management experience is a plus
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
Active listener with the ability to synthesize conversations in a brief way
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attentive to detail
Ability to gain and maintain trust
