The Account Management’s team role is to create long-term, trusted relationships with our clients by ensuring the smooth implementation, and successful execution of a campaign post-sale – on time, on budget, and delivering on the clients KPI’s. In addition, Account Management will act as our client’s advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that our clients needs are understood and satisfied. The Account Coordinator’s role is to support the Account and Sales team in actively seeking new growth opportunities with our existing clients, including in Innovation. The Account Coordinator will report directly into the Account Director.
The ideal candidate is articulate, highly organized, customer service focused, a great communicator, problem solver, is willing to put in the work, has a great attitude and is a team player. Will provide administrative support to the Account Management team.
Support Account Manager/s, Director/s and Client Partner/s and VP/s in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Assist in all phases of the project, overseeing the program timeline, deliverables, budget and campaign milestones.
Assist in building out Dow Jones’ capabilities and story when it comes to Innovation
Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize our commercial strategy in Innovation
Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, writes recaps and is responsible for driving next steps.
Prepare and update SOWs/client contracts as needed.
Responsible for pulling status reports and sending reminders to clients for upcoming events or webinar sessions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions as the program evolves.
Communicate updates and changes to the program to clients.
Help develop, organize, and share campaign assets.
Analyze and troubleshoot any emerging issues using best judgement.
Assist with organizing and promoting company events.
Deliver weekly status updates to internal team to keep projects on track.
Collaborate across the business organization to ensure end-to- end execution of the program.
Compile and file campaign screenshots into recap decks.
