This position is responsible for the day to day administration of all health and welfare, as well as retirement programs for employees based in our Europe, Middle East and Africa locations, approximately 20 countries. This role will work closely with the Manager, EMEA Benefits on the daily delivery of our comprehensive benefit and well-being initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
Daily administration of healthcare and retirement/pension plan enrollments as well as allowances and perquisites, coordinating Darwin Benefits Administration platform windows and employee contributions/taxation with payroll. Including annual renewals and new initiatives.
Manage payments to outside vendors.
Assist as a point of contact for employees with benefit related issues and questions. Advocate for employees with broker or providers when employees have complex issues that require additional assistance
Establish relationships with other internal departments and act as a liaison in the company to gather ideas and sponsor well-being events. Create and execute educational sessions for larger People (HR) team on regional benefits.
Special projects as assigned
Successful candidates should have:
1-2 years benefits experience preferred
The ability to work with employees at all levels, as well as have the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, meet challenging deadlines and multitask.
Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office Programs and working knowledge and experience working with Workday, UltiPro, Darwin Benefits Administration.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to attend to detail, work under pressure, and prioritize in a fast-paced and loud environment.
