Job Description:
The Regional Sales Coordinator will assist the sales teams with support items. This includes obtaining price and discount approvals, creating, and sending contracts for signature, sales order creation, client follow-ups, accounts receivable items, suspension escalations and more. You will have a keen eye for detail, asks questions to clarify understanding, and has a desire to ensure data is correct. You will work with other members of the sales team, legal team, product team, and finance team.
You Will:
Responsible for providing support for process for Sales teams
Able to discuss and explain contractual guidelines of OPIS CMA products with account managers, finance, product managers, sales leadership, product delivery and sales operations in an accurate and organized manner
Assist in preparation and distribution of contracts
Work in Salesforce to generator Sales Orders
Process product or service cancellations
Maintain and meet all contracts requested by the account manager on behalf of the client
You Have:
Sales Support experience
Proficient in supporting and processing contracts
1-2 years experience with sales support, contract renewals, customer service, new service or similar function
Applied working knowledge in all MS Office applications. Specifically MS Word and MS Excel
Highly organized and capable of effectively prioritizing tasks
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly
Experience working with Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting multiple business lines
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must have the ability to interact professionally with both clients and peers
Must have the ability to work under moderate supervision and handle multiple tasks
Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment
Department overview
The OPIS Sales Operations Team is responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing reports critical to the operations of the OPIS sales team. The Sales Support Analyst will report to the OPIS – Sales Operations Director. The role sits within the Sales Operations Team which interacts with the entire sales organization and is responsible for enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the sales function.
